We collect the following information when you use Cric Scoring:

• Account information: email address, username, full name
• Profile information: profile photo, city, batting/bowling style
• Match data: teams, matches, scores, and statistics you create or participate in
• Device information: push notification tokens, used to send you match alerts
• Photos: any photos you upload for team logos, tournament logos, or match galleries

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the cricket scoring service
• Show your stats, career records, and match history to you and other users
• Send push notifications about matches you follow
• Allow other users to follow you and see your public profile

3. Information Sharing

Your profile (name, username, avatar, stats) is visible to other users of the app. Match data (scores, scorecards) you create is visible to all users, as this is a public scoring platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database and file storage) and Firebase (push notifications). These providers maintain industry-standard security practices.

5. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data via your Profile edit screen
• Delete your account and personal data from Settings > Delete Account
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

6. Data Retention

When you delete your account, we anonymize your personal information (name, username, photo) while retaining match and statistical records that other users' teams and matches depend on, to preserve shared match history.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
